This is a great little find. It is a basic spa so don't expect luxury. It is in the local council run complex which has a pool and gym, you pay extra for those. None the less it is very relaxing, and very very cheap.They offer good deals through treatwell. I have previously had a mini facial which was excellent and a back massage which was ok. The decor has been done out well and they have fitted a lot into a small space without it feeling crammed. There are just the right combination of facilities. The foot spa could be more powerful, and not all of them were working. My husband and I have been three times now. The staff on reception weren't interested in a warm welcome this time! The only thing I can think that could do with being changed is that you have to go outside into a different area to check the time which means places get wet and I can't fully relax because there is a time limit. Pretty minor really. Well done to the council for not making this place feel utilitarian - I believe they've won awards.
The sauna temperature is always far too hot and few people use it because of this. Other facilities are good value for money apart from when the jacuzzi is not warm enough
Not enough colour options. There are so many other reds and pinks that Jessica does but these are never stocked here
A wonderfully relaxing spa with several choices of temperatures.
I think it would be useful to have the information on each sauna/pool/experience next to it rather than needing to remember it from walking in.
