For the cost this is a lovely way to spend a few hours! Great value for money, very relaxing and the staff were really good. We booked a massage whilt there which was really good and the chill out room is lovely, only thing we missed was a pool but would definitely go again.
Would definitely recommend Ramsgate Spa. Very good value and the spa facilities are excellent. One member of staff failed to take my booking down correctly, which has also happened in the past, resulting in the wrong treatment but generally they seemed friendly and accommodating.
I had a lovely time very relaxing but would of liked some relaxing music to chill out even more. can't wait to go again, highly recommended.
We had a wonderful experience. My low rating of the hydrotherapy is due to the fact that not all of the jets were working this time.
We have become very regular customers to Ramsgate Spa, we find the facilities excellent and the staff friendly and professional, no doubt we will be returning
