Everything was exceptionally good but suddenly after about jacuzzi died and never came back to live despite pressing the green button numerous times. The absence of any reclines on which to relax after saunas is unfortunate.
Me and my boyfriend love coming to Ramsgate spa experience. I always recommend to my friends and they are keen to try out the steam and sauna therapy experience. I always feel so relaxed and refreshed after my experience and will definitely be returning.
I bought a spa day for my friend's birthday - the actual treatment we had was great, the staff were really friendly and made us feel really welcome. My only disappointment was the shower facilities were not that brilliant and could have been cleaner, but the overall day was good with my friend enjoying her birthday treat.
It is a good venue. There is still a damp smell in the crystal room which meant we did not spend very long in there. Large towels were only being given out to members when everyone used to get one. I would suggest taking your own although this is supposed to be part of the service.
Wanted to treat my mum but didn't want to pay the earth! It was perfect! Staff were lovely, looked after us well, although small facilities were adequate and the young girl who gave me my back massage was amazing. I liked that she asked how deeply I wanted her to work, I like a nice strong massage as I do a lot of sport, and that's exactly what I got, I don't think anyone has ever got into my knots quite like her, it was really good! I will defiantly be paying them another visit.
