The treatment and service that we received was excellent. The Indian head massage was amazing and we loved the relaxation room. My only complaint was the hydro pool. Some of the leisure centre members were sat in the pool for over an hour meaning that other spa guests and members had to wait to use this facility. It would be useful to have a maximum time limit so people don't abuse the pool.
