A lovely relaxing experience from start to finish! So pleased to see the flimsy slippers have been replaced by flip flops too! One other improvement could be better & free hairdryers! Overall though a great relaxing afternoon & we’ll definitely be back!
The massage was lovely and relaxing, the spa was nice but lots of the jets didn’t work in the hydro pool which was a shame.
We really enjoyed our day at the spa. The massage was fantastic and the spa itself was interesting and entertaining, although a little run down in parts. One foot spa had a plug missing and therefore couldn't be used but the jacuzzi, steam rooms and therapy rooms were all lovely and in excellent condition. The spa area had mood lighting and was relaxing and peaceful. Overall excellent value for money (£50 for the two of us, including a 25 min massage) and we will definitely return soon.
I had been before and it was really good but when we went the hydro pool was not in use and this is one of the best bits.
