Nine was in a bad mood from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly rude during my appointment and I left and sat in my car in tears. I have arthritis in my hands and my hands are stiff. I kept apologising for this. She hardly spoke to me and when she did she was v curt. At the end she sort of "gave up" as though she couldn't be bothered anymore. My right hand nails had nail varnish around my nails as she failed to clean up properly. I paid her she walk
