I chose to book via the app thinking I would get my wax treatment on time. The lady was late by 20mins as she was doing nails on a walk-in. Once my waxing was complete I had booked in a mini man/pedi soon after via app. I decided to leave as they decided to start nails on a walk-in and I was made to wait! They are unable to handle/manage the demand leaving to poor service
Waxing rushed missed off hairs!!! Pressing strip the opposite way - should be pressing strip down the way the hair grows!
