The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, We were served delicious tea and coffee. The employees were pleasant and sweet. They also gave really good treatments. I will definately go back.
Gel Nails Manicure
Manicure was fine but not the most amazing for money. I think if you’re charging top rates in the area you need to go to dry by and townhouse and see what a real client service is. The appointment ran late. There was then no sense of urgency when I did finally get seated and the therapist spent ages fixing her equipment. I was almost late for my meeting afterwards. The uv lamp burns?! Never had that experience before as they normally have fans in them.
Also the therapist didn’t talk to me AT ALL. Didn’t ask about my day or anything. She just spoke to the other therapists. In the area of London this salon is in, and the prices charged I really did not expect this.

I had another great session with Sasa who is so careful, meticulous and generally very good. My main gripe with the place is that both times I've been I've felt rushed out as there was another last minute booking after me. Sasa always does her best but it just feels like the managers are always thinking about the next customer.
