This is a really nice salon and the organic gel manicure was great if slightly overpriced. But It did take a while to communicate the right colour for my nails. However, my appointment was over an hour late. This was through no fault of the salon as several clients before me had turned up late due to traffic. However, given that it was over an hour late I would have expected a little better customer service, or a discount for my next appointment. Especially considering how much the treatment is.

Lovely salon. Great mani/pedi. Only trouble was the beautician couldn’t speak English so there were a few awkward moments but wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. So nice to have a beautiful clean salon in the heart of town

The venue is lovely and the ladies are nice, but my gel manicure wasn't great. Instead of soaking my nails to remove the old gel, the lady drilled the gel off including my natural nail making my nails thinner and weak, because my nails became so weak they started to chip within 2 days of getting the gel manicure done. The gel lasted a week after paying £45 and will have to cut down all my natural nails. Really disappointed since I paid soo much money.
