Emma was very friendly and she worked quickly as I didn’t have much time. I had an express foot scrub and she called on a colleague to help to make it all a little more efficient and ‘express’ style. The staff were all very nice and the place was clean and warm.

I had a gel manicure on Friday 25th Feb, and by Monday 28th Feb there was a huge chip in one of my nails. Gels usually last 2-3 weeks on me so this is a huge disappointment, especially for £55!! I wrote to them with a picture to show the chip at their email on Monday, but that bounced back to me on Tuesday. So then I contacted them through their own contact form, and have received no response. Really disappointing from a salon that is supposed to be upmarket! They also barely shaped my nails.

The treatment was good enough but it was disturbed by staff eating smelly food and chatting loudly behind me. It also took longer than specified on the website.
