Lady doing the lashes was incredibly kind and welcoming; really personable.
Sadly the lash lift only lasted a couple of days. The room was very cold. Music was quiet & more calming music would’ve been preferred. I felt pain at times when it was said that I shouldn’t have. Would’ve loved some description of what was being done when and how long it would be to ease my nerves
