I was quite disappointed with my experience today. I usually love it but today the experience wasn’t as good. I didn’t get my cuticles done or nails filed properly. It only took 15 minutes in total as well.

Good. Last minute appointment , wonderfully friendly staff. Only had a gel removal so cannot comment on other services.
