Very cold water to wash hair with and haircut different to what I asked for (not terrible but not expected)
The wax wasn’t completely thorough but they didn’t rush it like I asked so it wasn’t too painful.
I went in for a wash and blow dry. Zohra took her time to style it and I am really pleased with the result.
I went in for a dry trim and asked for an inch off. I definitely had more than an inch cut off! But my hair almost definitely needed it as it was really dry and damaged. I’m glad she cut off more than I asked because I would never have had the courage to ask for it. She explained that my hair was dry and encouraged me to use a deep conditioning mask. So thank you! Lady was lovely and the place was really clean!
