My hair was done so well! It was a difficult task as I had let it grow out for over a year and it was very dry and damaged! She did my full head of highlights so so well and I have never been so blonde in my life! I love it. I will definitely go back again

I feel very disappointed about my experience. I feel that the professional had never done a Hollywood wax before in her life. To begin with the appointment was ten minutes late. Then I was taken into a room separated from the hairdressers by a curtain and a hand gesture was made at me to remove my clothing. However I was given no towel to cover myself, the woman was still in the room and the curtain to the rest of the salon was wide open. Then I lay down and immediately had wax spilt on my leg twice. I was continually told I had to put my legs up and open them wider etc. Which I found very uncomfortable as I have been having these waxes for 3 years and no one has ever told me to do that before. Furthermore, she clearly gave up with hot wax (IVE NEVER USED STRIP WAX ON A HOLLYWOOD AREA IN MY LIFE BEFORE BECAUSE OF PAIN) as she was incapable at using it effectively and assured me that strip wax was easier. Well it was...for her not me. On multiple occasions I was debating asking her to stop as I couldn’t bear how uncomfortable I felt anymore. I normally spend £20 and it is the best wax ever. This is not even remotely close to the money spent on it. Overall the worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever had and I would not wish it on anyone! Never ever go there.
