My first visit to this salon and my experience was a great one. Recieved an apolgy from Zohal after she had been on phone when i walked in. Zohal seated me straight away and talked through what i would like. Conversation flowed from start to finish.
Zohal discussed a toner that i needed to achieve an even all over colour due to a previous colour i had put in my hair at another salon, asked for price and was showed £35, i wasn't expecting a toner and the price was a shock but Zohal offered it to me half price, that was a very nice thing to do and very much appreciated. The colour achieved was beautiful, i love it.
Zohal is a lovely lady, definately will be returning and i have shared my experience with my mates.
Extremely quiet salon - no music or other customers..
pedicure took 1 hour plus and lasted all of 5 minutes :(
Really quick and definitely one of the less painful waxes I’ve had. Very professional.
