I don't like to leave a negative review, but I have to say this for other people, I am sure hair services are good but the cosmetics side wasn't that good. I went for waxing and it was so painful and I had scratches because the hot wax got to very sensitive areas were it shouldn't of gone, bleeding as well, and I had wax everywhere on my clothes as I believe it wasn't the best quality. The lady was very nice but the experience wasn't pleasant unfortunately.

Very quiet and pleasant. Lots of good advice given to me also. I was well looked after. A little music might have helped or magazine if I were there longer
