Overall ok. My therapist was 30 mins late and quite slow to complete the treatments, much slower than normal. The eyelash and eyebrow treatments were good. The wax wasn’t great, lots of missed hairs, it took a long time and lots of dried wax left on me to clean myself but no oil to use to try and get it off. Have been a regular here for 4 years and my previous therapist was great (sadly she left). Think it’s time for a change.
