This was my second visit to the salon. Unfortunately I felt quite rushed by Suzy, she washed my hair in record time and then I also had to ask her to be more careful as she was a bit rough when brushing my hair.

I really like this salon, the staff are great and v professional. I definitely received a good haircut but it was not what I asked for. I showed pictures and said I wanted a long bob that was choppy and blunt and a bit messy. I said I always ask for that at salons but I always get a neat bouffed blow dry bob and I wanted something more contemporary. I then proceeded to get a reallly great cut that was slick and immaculately blow dried and looked nice but was the very thing I said I did not want
