There was a mix up with my booking but was easily resolved and they are very welcoming- even got a glass of mulled wine. The treatment itself wasn't as thorough as I'd have liked. It was the end of the day but I would have liked a better outcome. I will still go back though.
Hollywood Waxing
Salon was clean, beautician was chatty and friendly but was really disappointed with the wax. I thought that a full leg wax would take the 45 minutes it stated on Treatwell. The treatment lasted about 20 minutes, which I wouldn't have minded except I was left with a lot of patches on my legs that had been missed. I also feel like the hair had been broken rather than pulled out, which means a much faster regrowth.

Really pleased with the treatment, Leah was brilliant. Excellent value.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
Overall, I was pleased with the results of my haircut, but I was kept waiting for over half an hour for my appointment without much by way of apology and no offer of a drink while I waited, and the haircut itself felt rushed. I understand that, being a Saturday, it was probably a busy time for the salon, but that should be taken into account when scheduling appointments and if they find themselves running behind on the day, they could have either sent a text message offering some advance warning or let me know once I arrived so I could have at least gone and got a coffee, rather than waiting aimlessly for half an hour.
