I booked an appointment for a Shellac manicure at 6:15pm on Monday 5 January and rushed from work to get there. When I arrived the door was locked and there was a sign saying 'Please ring the bell or call this number. Thank you for waiting'. I rang the bell and when no one arrived called the number. I could hear the phone ringing inside and no one answered or came to the door. I rang the bell twice more, waited 10 minutes in the cold and then left. This is horrendous service and I am not impressed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they're clearly not professional at all. A total waste of my time.
Gel Nails Manicure
I waited outside for half an hour, no body showed up for my appointment. I phoned newmerous times but got no response. I didn't get an email, text or phone call with any explanation and have now paid for a treatment I didn't have!

Very happy with my treatment here, plenty of appointments available and would definitely recommend to friends! Friendly staff made the waxing experience more comfortable
Hollywood Waxing
The therapist Leah was very helpful and informative. I had the dermatogica blackhead extraction facial and it was incredible, my face felt very smooth and rejuvenated. The location is discreet, very cosy/relaxing clean room. She gave me advice on my skin and recommended several tips as well as products which I bought from her at a 20% off discount. would definitely go back.
Classic Facials
Have been there before, will come again. I've had 3 different beauticians here and they all have done a good job... Also, they are friendly, relaxed and professional!
