everyone is so friendly and the salon is very clean, i got a hollywood wax here with the beauty therapist cecile it was quick and painless she made me feel very comfortable and was a really friendly and kind lady, i rebooked with her and i recommend this salon to everyone.
I booked an appointment for a Shellac manicure at 6:15pm on Monday 5 January and rushed from work to get there. When I arrived the door was locked and there was a sign saying 'Please ring the bell or call this number. Thank you for waiting'. I rang the bell and when no one arrived called the number. I could hear the phone ringing inside and no one answered or came to the door. I rang the bell twice more, waited 10 minutes in the cold and then left. This is horrendous service and I am not impressed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they're clearly not professional at all. A total waste of my time.
