This was my second time at Zac and Co and Suzy was a fantastic stylist. She really listened to what I wanted and was very attentive. Highly recommend.

This is a bit of a mixed review. I’ve had lots of waxes here & always been happy but this week I came & eventually had to leave without being seen as they were running so late. I came back today - the therapist didn’t leave the room while I changed, didn’t put a towel down and I had to ask for tissue to be put down rather than lie in a cold plastic sheet. On previous appts I have always had privacy to change, a towel to lie on and cover myself with. The waxing itself was good.

Had to wait 25mins after my appointment time to be seen. Felt a bit rushed after that. Hair cut is fine, some bits slightly uneven which I didn’t notice until I got home
