Service started 30 mins late, with no real update on how long the wait was.
Eyebrow was fine, annoyed when I told therapist I like thinner brows she advised me otherwise and kept them on the bigger side.
When it came to the facial, the service WAS NOT provided. The steam machine was broken so she wasn't able to provide service booked in for. Instead she Dermaplaned face which wasn't booked nor pre-warned. I have tried calling salon with no luck, so disappointed and upset by this.

As I am an older client (60) was concerned that the microblading would be too heavy I needn't have worried Shanice talked it all through making sure I was completely happy, stopping to show me as we went along. After the 1st session I had so many compliments was thrilled with the results I also opted to have my top eyelids eyeliner done I went back this weekend for the top up and she'd made such a great job with the eyeliner really crisp pencil thin lines would thoroughly recommend fantastic job
