I felt that the whole treatment was very rushed, seemed lady who was doing my eyebrows treatment wasn't aware that I was coming, she still had another lady midway doing eye lashes. Other thing I booked Defined eyebrows, unfortunately I did not get that service. I was understandable that at the moment due to COVID threading cannot be done, so got service wax and tint but was asked to pay for Defined. According to me it was unfair. Add additional star only because eyebrows looks nice after all..

So so pleased with my eyelash infills! Feel like I've had a brand new set! Exactly what I wanted and they look amazing. Cannot rate Charis highly enough!

Frankie was amazing, she makes you feel super comfortable.. we chatted, but equally I could have slept through the treatment. I’ve had so many compliments on my lashes and am so happy with them would 100% recommend

Lots of precautions taken due to COVID-19. Waxing was painless and meticulous. Definitely going to go back.
