Staff arrived 30 mins late and couldn’t do threading on my eyebrows. Instead done wax and took off a chunk of my eyebrow

Staff for Gel Pedi were very professional, Love the choice of colours!! The wax full leg wax however was no so good, just a few teething problems.Complained to manager who steped into speed up the process. As a result they have offered me to try a different service to make up for the poor service. I will be back again, it's a new salon so its bound to be a few teething problems to start with. 100% rate the colours for Gels

Overall the result of the waxing was good and I did feel for the ladies that day, as they were overstretched by some customers that had come in late previously, which subsequently meant I had to wait an extra 40 minutes past my booking time to be seen. However they did accommodate my daughter while I had my treatment. Everyone was really friendly, the shop had a cool vibe to it and I think once they have ironed out some of the kinks with being a new shop, all will be well.
