First of all Nav did a fantastic job on my lashes! She is very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable so 5/5 for her.
Now for the downside of my experience, I didn't like the behaviour of some of the staff there. They were chatting too loudly and seemed unprofessional. The lady I was paying to was texting on her phone while I was paying for my treatment. There was a group of friends who were too noisy because unfortunately we were in the same room.
