I felt compelled to write the review as it was a very stressful process.
Can I first say that Nejwa is a lovely lady however I would say she's inexperienced at lvls. She caught my bottom lashes and they completely curled up. I called in mentioning this, however it was met with "it must be the lash pad making a kink". I called in again and got my bottom lashes done to correct the issue.
The second lash lift was done hastily, and I'm sure at one point the lash pad used was dirty.

Dermaplaning
my brows look different 1 from the other, she waxed them, but burned me as, they are really sore now, but hair are still there and what she took off she wasn’t supposed to! They look horrible!
The lifts comes out better when I do it myself, and I get it done very often, this is the worst I’ve ever had, looks like I haven’t done anythg, at the end of the treatment while I was still laying down and had all the excess of the products on my eyes she gave me a pad and asked me to clean it my self! 😪
