Everything was great! I didn’t catch the name of the person doing my treatment but she took care to explain what she was doing and suggest how I could help improve problem areas longer term.
Dermaplaning
Unfortunately the appt started badly as I was kept waiting for half an hour for my appointment despite rushing to get there on time. I was getting prepared to leave after 25 mins as no one had come to see me to explain what was going on.
Was told that an earlier client was late which had a knock on effect on later clients - suggest salon is stricter with punctuality rules or calls clients in advance to let them know if running behind schedule. The dermaplaning treatment was good however.

Love my lashes they are definitely the best I’ve had in a long time. Kiera is really friendly and efficient! 10/10 recommend.
Eyelash Extensions
Fantastic Profhilo treatment carried out by Shanice. No pain when injecting the product. Would highly recommend Zaku studio.
