My experience was professional Shanice clearly knows how important the customer experience is for her clients. The process was explained as this was a follow up after my initial ombré eye brow treatment. Thorough infection control was practiced the area was sterile with the new tool shown prior to it being used. Numbing cream was applied the procedure was slightly uncomfortable but is to be expected however I am extremely happy with my brows they look fabulous. Thank you Shanice😊

The brown lamination was great and I would definitely recommend this treatment. Unfortunately the facial wasn’t so great. I was due to have a 1 hour ‘luxury facial’ but was told it was complete after 30 mins. I queried this and the treatment carried on but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. The next day I had an awful reaction all over my face which lasted over a week. I sent 3 emails and photos to the salon and have never had a response. It was very concerning. Even though the red, raised rashes have disappeared, my skin still has damage and is very dry. It has never been like this before and it’s really upsetting!
