This was my third time getting an LVL lash lift, and the results are truly terrible. It’s now 3 days after my appointment, and you already could not tell that I even had it done. I’ve reached out twice for a credit or refund and no one has bothered to even respond.
I also booked an eyebrow threading, and was notified (DURING my appointment) that no one who currently works there even knows how to do it, so I had to get them waxed. The wax was not nearly hot enough and it was so painful having it forcefully spread on the sensitive skin there, and my skin broke out horribly above my eyebrows.
I definitely would not go back. For the prices, I expect a far better service.
