Zana is so kind and friendly. Really chuffed with how my eyebrows turned out, was super quick and any pain went away quickly. Lovely salon comfortable and clean. Customer service set it over the edge though, felt really welcome. Would recommend 🙂

I've been going to Zana for over a year now and rate her very highly. She's all of the adjectives in the last question - I could have picked any of them. I go to her for threading and I've never known anyone faster - which is just what you want. The discomfort is minimised and the result is immaculate. She's top class.
