I have made a wrong booking and although the blonde lady was accommodating to reschedule it for me, she gave an earful about how irresponsible I am which made me not want to go, but since she refused to give me a refund as well as Treatwell, i decided to go. I am always leaving a landing strip that’s why I went for Brazilian, but the lady didn’t ask. She just went in with a spatula and spread the wax. I ALWAYS get a hot wax, no other wax should be ever used on those gentle areas, but after 1/2

There was a slight wait for my appointment but Zana apologised and explained that she had been very busy all day. Zana was polite and professional, I wasn't in the mood for small talk and she totally respected that. My nails look amazing, I'm very happy with them
