The therapist was friendly and location was nice. However, the process was very harsh on my nails, filing cut my skin and bled, and the final result was poor for the pricing. A few days later, one of my nails is now infected and needs to be removed. Very painful.

Contracted Bacterial vaginosis and Thrush from intimate wax as a roll on wax was used for my max which obviously could not be properly sterilised. Roll on wax should never be used for intimate waxing and I hope this ur rectified soon as undetected STDs can be spread by improperly sterilised intimate wax equipment. If you do decide to go here please as not to have roll on wax used on your genital area. Zana’s was kind friendly and I hope this review helps her better her waxing hygiene she’s lovey
