Having been caught up at work and not able to make my appointment I called to reschedule. It was very last minute I admit. I however found Zana to be extremely rude about it (bearing in mind she’s already been paid). She wasn’t willing to reschedule at all and I had to hang up on her as she was so disrespectful. I will not be spoken to like a child and I will never book this place again. She can keep my money

Lovely girl and not a massively overbooked salon, never had to wait to be taken and Zana will help you choose a colour for your nails. Booked to get my infills done next week and decided to book an eyebrow was and get my eyelashes tinted black.
