I was very happy with the actual haircut I received at Zara, it was as I had described and I got quite a few compliments that day which was great. The room for improvement was that I wasn't introduced to the stylist before my hair was washed, and I didn't get to know the name of either the shampooist or hairdresser - for me small things like that give me more confidence, especially when visiting a new salon. It was very busy, so I think this is testament to the standard of their services overall.

Brilliant massage, I have forgotten the girls name but there's only one girl that does it. Nice firm touch. The only negative was that the room was up some stairs in a very poky sized room and where I'm 5'10 my legs were literally touching the wall.

This is the second time ,I have been to Zara hair and beauty for a perm, so happy with the staff , service and of course my perm.
This is now my hairdressers.
