I managed to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. I started chemo 4 weeks ago & had already reduced washing/drying my hair but alas it started to shed in handfuls. I’d never been to Zara before but the hair had to go soonest & I couldn’t wait for my usual hairdresser. I explained the situation to Zara on arrival, she was very empathetic & really lovely about it. Her colleague who did the cut was the same, super lovely! Lots of regulars in & yes I’d recommend to new clients.
