My hair looks nice but didn’t turn out how I wanted it. The stylist was very aggressive when back combing my hair to dye it. Once they washed my hair 2 of the stylists brushed it and it felt like they were ripping my hair out of my head, I saw a clump of my wet hair fall in front of me, I then saw loads of my hair clumped in the wash basin, which obviously made me panic. I am now left with random short strands of hair. My hair is damaged, but brushing it in that manner definitely didn’t help!

Everyone was very friendly and my stylist was very patient. I came in with very long (heavy) hair so it was a lot of work for her!! The blow dry came out really well and I was very happy with the result at such a reasonable price! Thank you :)
