Haircut was fine, very quickly done but asked for a dry cut so that's why.

This is my second visit to Zara for haircut. I had an impressive first visit. Had a good hair cut and the stylist did what i had asked for. During my second visit, i was attended by a stylist who barely spoke any English. she had difficulty in understanding what i asked for and started doing something else on her own. Had to explain to a fellow stylist and the owner and they had to translate it my stylist. Appreciate their involvement in the translation.
Throughout the process, I had my hair pulled and felt like my hair and scalp was handled roughly.
Im unhappy with the over all finish of my hair cut. Looks tacky. Got what i had paid for.
Not sure if i would be going back again. Its not just the quality of the stylist, but the quality of the work is substandard.
