I am never impressed with the hair wash, so quick and not a nice deep wash or condition, but the great cut and blow dry make up for it and make me want to return.

They cancelled the appointment 2 hours before it was due as the therapist was sent home sick, so I can’t comment on any of the above...!!!!! Don’t know why she bothered going in if she was ill. I could have been informed much earlier and then come back from Windsor later........!

The salon is pretty no frills but they gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in years with no fuss so was in and out quickly. Will definitely go again.
