I really enjoyed my facial and liked it was so local to me. The only downside was that I could smell cigarettes on her fingers whilst she was doing the treatment which I really dislike.

Bit torn as to whether I'll go back. As the actual waxing was great, fast yet thorough and ultimately painless. However customer service lacks especially as she gave some insensitive and simply incorrect 'advice' on my skin condition.
