I think I must have gone to Zara on a bad day as most reviews I read were positive. I don't usually write negative reviews but I really have to for this.
This was the most horrific painful wax I have ever received. Zara was quite sloppy with her application of the hot wax, at one point with the wax covering both sides of my privates which really shouldn't have happened. Every strip was tugged and yanked at. It was not a smooth process. She kept blaming me for having let the hair grow too long/ being too sensitive. I have let it grow far worse and been to other places without this level of pain. As for sensitive, I gave birth with just gas and air!! I'm not sure I'm any more sensitive than the next person getting a wax.
Anyway, I was bleeding afterwards which isn't usual for me. I honestly wanted to just run out mid way with wax hanging off me. I kept telling her how painful and bad the experience was and she made no effort to make it any better.
Overall, the setting is nice and she was a nice enough lady when she wasn't ripping me to shreds. However, the experience was really horrible and it put me off going back for another wax for a while. Luckily I found a really lovely girl on treatwell who is a million times better but I was so nervous beforehand in case I had another disaster experience like I did at Zara's.
From other reviews, this doesn't seem to be a common problem so I am guessing she had a really bad day but it doesn't change the fact that she gave me the worst wax of my life.

I had a lovely experience for my first ever full leg and Hollywood wax, I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time and the lady was so friendly and hospitable, I have also been left with a lovely wax and will definitely be going back for my next wax.

Wax was very quick and relatively painless as far as waxing goes. Zara clearly knows what she is doing and does it well.
