I would never come back here. I was left with burns to my thighs/pelvis from where the wax was far too hot. I did not feel comfortable at all during my treatment and was left in so much pain from the burns (which latest nearly 5 days).

Great job on waxing (half leg and armpits). I loved the fact that there was no nonsense small talk from the staff like I experienced in other beauty studios. I will definitely come again.

Zara is a fantastic beauty therapist, having used her for threading I look forward to trying some of the other treatments she does. She runs a professional and clean business, always running to time. I have very sensitive skin, Zara suggested post-threading treatments which have worked wonderfully and my skin shows it!! I would highly recommend Zara.

Zara's Beauty is not a salon but is actually a beautician working out of her home, so I was instantly made to feel comfortable knowing I was the only person there and wouldn't have to wait for anything or be interrupted by staff having to deal with other customers.
She has a separate room in the house for beauty treatments which looked incredibly clean and hygienic when I entered, her customer service skills were fantastic and she had gone to every measure to ensure that this room was a relaxing environment - nice temperature, soothing music, scented candles, the works
I had a full body wax and it was fantastic, almost no pain at all and it was all over quite quickly - there was quite a nice surprise in that she applies the moisturising cream for you rather than making you do it yourself and that process feels a bit like a massage, which was very much appreciated
