I cannot criticise Zara's massage skills. She was attentive to my needs and my body feels great after. However, the lights were on, the music stopped midway, the bin from waxing was full and in my eyeline, her massage chair is uncomfortable and I have neck pain as a result - would benefit from a larger chair and more comfortable head rest. She is also wasn't that friendly when I arrived and would've benefited from asking me how I am, etc and made me feel more comfortable as it's quite an intimate experience taking your clothes off and having a full body massage. But if these areas improve I would happily return as she does know what she's doing from a masseuse perspective!
