Very nice lady, nice and relaxing atmosphere, waxing with minimal pain. Just a little bit disappointed that there were some hair left so giving 4 star for that...everything else was very good.

I think it should be made clear that this place is not a store but a mobile beauty place at home. I was not aware of this. The whole experience was great. The least amount of pain I've felt during a Hollywood wax. However she did put wax on my labia and I have to say was not impressed when she pulled. That hurt a lot - and there's no hair there so I don't know why she put wax there.
As far as I'm aware holly wood is all hair removed but I still had hair around my bum cheeks.
The room was incredibly hot and that was very uncomfortable to sit through
