This was the most painful hollywood I have ever received. I have been having Hollywoods for over 10 years and know that I have a high pain threshold. My laser tattoo removal hurt a lot less than the Hollywood I had today. I know that I was hairy this time - but I’ve definitely had the treatment when I’ve been hairier and not felt as much pain as I felt today. I had to ask the lady to stop as it hurt so much and actually started crying which has NEVER happened before. I wanted to leave but I couldn’t as I was caked in wax. There is no distractions, no music. Half way through I realised that she had put the post wax oil on BEFORE applying the wax so the wax couldn’t have adhered to the hair properly which may explain the extra pain. She was very hesitant in pulling it off, pulling it slowly, and jerkily - I had to tell her to just pull it off quickly but she probably couldn’t as it was all so oily down there. She kept giving up half way through and putting more wax on other places. When she did the back I noticed the “Post wax oil” was reapplied - I was reassured to see that she was wearing gloves - however I was shocked to see that while waiting for the wax to set she was busying herself by tidying up the work top and pushing the rubbish down in the same gloves she proceeded to touch me with. I was so done I couldn’t wait to get out. Reading this you must wonder why I didn’t say more at the time but when you’re lying there with all your bits out and boiling hot wax on you lose the confidence to do so. I feel bad because she was a nice lady but really could do with some training in intimate waxing. I probably would have walked out and finished the job at home but I paid in advance. Tbh I don’t see any need for the salon to try and respond to my review because no matter what they try and say I would never go near there again.

The salon was silent - no background music. LVL treatment was quite painful and staff didn't talk through what was happening (or talk at all). Treatment unfortunately didn't work for my eyelashes either.

Very friendly service and a good thorough and professional waxing. Very happy with results and used a high quality hot wax which minimised pain in sensitive area
