As someone who's hair is my security blanket I was quite nervous about losing too much hair as I wanted my split ends cutting off. Roxanne put me at ease and took off less than what I had expected just cleaning up the bottom and giving me a tidier look. She advised that as I'm growing out previous dye if I book in every 6 weeks to take an inch off I won't lose any length as it will grow an inch in this time. Will definitely be returning. 😁
