I booked the hour long hot stone massage for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend as a present. She left the zen spa very unsatisfied.
The massage only lasted 45 minutes and was of poor quality. She then left the spa with nobody seeing her out from the treatment room. There was not even anybody to complain to at the spa when she left. Very unhappy customer.
