As always, A fantastic Deep tissue massage from Ann. She can find knots and pressure points you dont even know you have yourself. She is one of the most knowledgeable therapists i have ever had, and will always check pressure is ok, that you are feeling ok, etc etc. Highly recommend.

I've been using deep tissue massage therapy for years, and I had to change it due to my therapist retiring. I've decided to use Zen suites, hoping for the same service.Having a stiff neck and couldn't lift my arm I went for a deep tissue massage, which honestly was too rough, wasn't deep tissue as much as it was a fight to find all the nerves and tendons, 3 days later still in pain and nothing much changed. All bruised up, still can't lift my arm, hopefully in a week I will feel better. Was my first time there and probably last.They do have other kinds of massages, probably for others will work out fine.
