I actually ended up with a deep tissue massage, can honestly say it hurt! But I felt good after a little achey yesterday and today but nothing like the pain I was in before! Would definitely recommend lovely friendly staff and looking forward to my next visit, although I may do 30 minutes deep tissue massage and 30 minutes aromatherapy
