Meet and greet was a little impersonal and perfunctory.
I realise English may not be their first language, but the greeting could have been a bit warmer, more friendly and well, welcoming.
Not a lot of advice for a first-time visitor, in terms of what to do or what to expect.
Session over-ran by 30 mins because Therapist claimed their clock had stopped.!!
