Francesca first took a look at my face to decide the best facial for my skin type. She then explained every step of the procedure and showed me the products she was going to use. During the “extraction time”, Francesca took the time to extract the most and she did and a plus: it wasn’t painful! (I had LOTS of blackheads).At the end of treatment, Francesca gave me cream samples to use at home and advise me about the next treatment I should be doing. I’ll definitely follow her advice and go back.
